Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you once we receive the returned item and verify its condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Please note that some items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
